There we go, you've provided me with a couple more to add to my list!

Thing is, don't think word censor list is entirely necessary, but is amusing.

A surefire winner.
Winner of what I don't but I think optimism is always best at the outset.
Don't you?

"Shall we sit over there on that bench? The tree will give us some shade."
Without waiting for a reply she headed in that direction and sat down with one leg curled underneath her. It was obvious to Frank that she was very self assured as she patted the vacant spot beside her for him to sit.
"Well I know your name Frank; I can call you Frank, can't I?" Without waiting for a reply she carried on speaking, giving him time to collect his thoughts.
"My name is Maddy Rose which means beautiful quest. My stepfather chose the names when he adopted me.
"How long ago was that?" asked Frank more out of curiosity but he was interested in finding out more about her.

"When I was eight my family put me on the streets to fend for myself. I was a girl you see and not much use to them. Many men took advantage of me and fed me a few scraps in exchange but one day I was so desperately hungry I saw the mercedes coming down the road and threw myself in front of it. I knew I would either die and it didn't matter, or the occupant who was obviously wealthy would throw me a few coins which meant I could eat. As it happened I tripped in my haste and hit my head on the kerb edge. I knocked myself out and woke up in an opulant room. At the end of the bed was a man in a white coat who was a private doctor and the man who owned the mercedes. Apparently there was no permanent damage just a large bruise on the back of my head. The man asked me why I had done it. As I started my story I could see the pity forming in his eyes and I milked it for all it was worth. I was very street wise even then.

He took me in and eventually adopted me. That was twenty years ago and during that time I have repaid him many times over. I always make myself available to act as his hostess at his business dinner parties and I have grown to love him as any daughter would . When my brother never returned it broke him and I will do anything to remedy that Frank anything. I owe him that much at least."
She looked deep into his eyes with a passion of steely determination and for a moment he was taken aback.
"I'm a very wealthy woman Frank and I will use it in any way necessary to get my brother back. So how are we going to get him back and prove to those fluffy clouds that these camps really do exist?"
"Hold it right there woman" said Frank "I work alone, always have done and always will."
"So you have sufficient money to fund this operation then Frank?" "I don't think so, besides I have contacts you could only dream about." Smiling openly she thought 'strike one Frank Delaney you need me'.

OK then my little sugary ex squaddie I bow to your military expertise. Where we going now then .............. 8)

S'ok, I walked into that one.
Haven't you ever watched, "Harry Enfield" Tee?
The Scousers?
It's one of the most well observed bunch of sketch characters in his repartee.
Never mind, it was the beginning of the Nineties...
