I just wish to introduce myself, currently I work as a freelance illustrator should anyone be interested. I can imagine authors may need one at some point.

Enjoy the weather!

Hello Ria. I'm really sorry, I read this message about a week and a half ago and completely forgot to reply so a belated 'welcome to the site'! I had a look at your work and I think it's beautiful. I really love the 'Special Birthday Wishes' one on the front page and remember seeing a christmassy one I particularly liked as well :)

Hello,

Just to let you know that there is now a section of the SA website dedicated to Illustrators at > http://strugglingauthors.co.uk/Illustrators.aspx

Have a look and feel free to contact the site if you want to get in touch with any of them.

Out of interest, I'd like to know approximately what an illustrator would charge for making a book cover?
Does anyone have an idea? :)

Hi Eastmountain,

I wouldn't know a price off the top of my head but I'm sure if you go to the Struggling Authors/Illustrators page and send one of them an email, they will give you a 'ball park' figure.

Feel free to follow the links to see what else they have done.
