Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (and Moscow, Russia)
Hi everyone,

I am here to flag up my blog as it is taking on a different guise temporarily. I am spending all of January and most of February in Moscow and the blog will report on life here. My wife (Olga) is Russian and over the years I have built up a circle of Muscovite friends. It will therefore not be a tourist view but more about life amongst ordinary Russians at the climatically most extreme time of the year. I started today (Saturday 29th Dec) and will make entries as often as I can.

Forecast for 5/01/08 : -20C!!
