So How Do I.........
Once it's installed open the programme and:
Select 'File' from the toolbar at the top of the page.
Click 'Open' and select the picture you want to use.
Select 'Image' from the toolbar.
Choose 'Resize/Resample' from the drop down menu
Enter the width and height you want you want the picture to be.
Once that's done just save the file and upload it

Well it has to be "no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB."
So just try typing 80 in one of the height boxes and see what happens.

Ok hunny my pikky is now sitting on my desktop awaiting to upload onto here. Can I just do a paper cut out and stick it onto my screen on SA cos I can't see how else to do it. Amazingly I have had no problems with uploading on my blogs/web. So where do I go on SA to play with it then? Eh Eh?

Ha! OK, if you roll this page right up to the top you should say a link on the right hand side which says 'User Control Panel'. Click on that, and then on 'Profile' on the left hand side of the new page it opens up. Once you've selected 'Profile' a few more options will open up underneath it - select 'Edit Avatar' from there and then just upload pics like you do on other websites
